Imagination

My number one rule of writing, is to use your imagination. Use your imagination to come up with something different that anything else. Imagination is an amazing thing, something that many people have forgotten. But, imagination will never be forgotten in writing. It is the heart and soul of all arts. Just like creativity is as well.
